1. Provide Workspace Around Furnace, Water heater, Electrical panel, attic hatch, sump pump
2. Clear at least 4 to 6 inches of space around the perimeter of your home’s exterior
3. Keep a Clean House
4. Replace any bulbs that are out
5. Leave the Utilities Connected
6. Leave Keys for Outbuildings and Electrical Boxes
7. Provide Repair Documents
8. Prepare to Be Away for Three Hours Minimum
9. Be on Time
10. Take pets with you or secure them
