At Path Finder home inspection we offer you special types of home inspections to protect you from getting into the money pit. Your home inspection will be conducted by a Certified Home Inspector and member of Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and Canada Association of Home and Property Inspectors.
We start on the roof, then move through the exterior looking at everything including gutters, down spouts, grading, doors, windows and the garage, then down to the basement, electrical, furnace, cooling, hot water tank and focus on structural issues and water penetration… and then room by room at the interior of the home. The last stop is in the attic where we will be looking for mold, rot, animal activity, and identify types and amount of insulation.
